The UW Negotiating Team reached an agreement with Elsevier representatives and the Elsevier contract was renewed until December 31, 2022, maintaining access to journals on ScienceDIrect. According to the Publishing Partnerships and Negotiation Updates page, this agreement “supports the UW Libraries Negotiation Priorities.” No plans for alternative access have been announced.
